    Hell yeah! We got a steal on our place 5 bed 2 bath 5 acres for 140k but that's a ways out and an older home. Also wouldn't recommend 5 rooms they never get used lol but congratulations! That's a huge step

    Same, have to paint the house this month or next, run power to the barn, set up a new pasture, buy tack for the new horse so I can start running barrels in competition lol it's always fun. And of course pay for truck parts

    Bought our first place in August of 2014 in new tampa and got my first Tacoma a month later. Lol. Home ownership is awesome except when the repairs start coming in. Did a thorough inspection when we bought and 2 months later our AC went out. Granted it was the original unit but having to drop over 4K for AC sucks. Other than that , it's awesome owning your own spot and being able to do whatever you desire to it.
