Better to ask what I have not done.
Hey guys, I have gotten a few requests for making a wiring harness set up for switches and some plug and play fuse block setups for your trucks so I wanted to have everything all in one post.

The switch back harnesses can be made in any number of switch counts and will be ran with individual colors as well as labeled to make it as easy as possible to hook up to the loom. The switch backs will plug directly into the back of a contura switch, sold by OTRAWWA or others using the contra switch. These can be purchased through me for a little discount. The loom is encased in an expandable sheath that holds tight to the loom and makes it as easy as possible to run through your truck.

    • You can select the number of switches and the length of the loom to run.
    • The wires are all different colors and will be labeled as to what they need to hook up to.
    • Other wires can be added to power things such as gauges and displays.
Wire loom shown here with added fuse block and 4 relays

This is a 6 switch loom with the LED switch wire ran separately to be tapped into the dash lights

I can also build you a full blown fuse block and relay system to make adding a fuse block set up to your truck as easy as possible. This will be made with either a Blue Seas fuse block,
or a sealed Bussman mini fuse block. the relays are protected in a Hella relay box and can be added to your selection in in multiples of 4. A battery cable can be added as an option and is made from thin stranded high count welding wire in 4 AWG size.

If you need battery cable to hook your fuse block to the battery when ordering just select the length of cable required.

When the fuse block is ordered with a wiring loom the wires will be color coded to match switches up with fuse slots and relays. the fuse block will also be supplied with butt connectors to make the install a breeze.

To order, follow this link and select your options.

If there are any questions, please ask as I know electrical is not the funnest thing to do.

    Jake

Here's my Q: I want to put my switches up in the sunglass holder of my 05 DBL Cab. With those switchback fit on the backs of the switches up there. It looks like they'd be pretty long. Where could I buy one for a test fit? I'd like to have you make my harness\loom to run down the pillar and into the engine compartment to my Blue seas, maybe even add a relay box... but I need to know that long ass unit will fit up there!

If you cut the back open they fit just fine. If you don't want to do all that cutting then we can build it with flag termanals and that would be about 3/16 longer then the switch.

damn wished I'd seen this before... I already have the blue sea 12 position fuse block... just haven't wired it in... won't get to it before Moab, but I may be picking your brain in Moab about wiring. got a few things I want to try (back up camera on a switch, and RTT lights) but I also need dual batteries so may be winter before I get the RTT lights setup
