Crazy you are, I would never let someone wash my truck. I just don't trust the towels and rags they use those places.

 

This is a stupid question: Why do people have bug deflectors installed on their truck? Are these legit product or just a gimmick?

Here you go! Follow the 4crawler link! I have the 1" spacer (I'm 5'7) and my head is like 2-3" from the ceiling with the sunroof. They also have a 2" spacer but that's gonna be tight for the average person! Kit comes with the spacers and bolts. Good luck!

Honestly the second gen felt low as hell and I needed an inch. The 3rd gen is perfect as it sits stock for my below average height.

 

See I think the gen 2 was great now with my turd gen I feel myself hitting the damn moonroof every time I'm in it. :/ too each their own ^^

 

I'm gonna have to assume you've got 2-6" on me then. Could be why. I can't imagine being that tall in this truck. I'm 5'7" with the 1" spacer and I'm 2" from the ceiling with sunroof. Seems like it would be cutting close being over 5'9".

 

Metal tech gave me a deal because Of changing the powder coat option but I never asked him about Tacoma world member options. Would be worth a try but I doubt he would.

 

Had my interior panel wrapped with carbon fiber vinyl white to match the color of my truck
