    Not enough...
You guys are going to laugh... or cry... or turn green with envy :D $89.99 + tax and overnight shipping, which came out to $112 total..... from BevMo!
They had some kind of private invitation-only sale on this stuff. I guess they've noticed that I've been regularly buying $50+ bourbon, and decided to send me an invite. It pays to be a :drunk:

What a deal! I have a friend from Kentucky and He's been introducing me to a few new ones. Currently have Weller, Makers Mark, Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Old Grand Dad 114, and a bottle of Hirsch in the bar

A few drops of water in whiskey/whisky brings out a lot of the subtle flavors and smells....

So does warming it. Water can also mask certain flavors and if it's not pure filtered water can add flavors to it. I cool my bourbons and rums with whiskey stones and warm my scotch.

I usually use the stones but I'll occasionally throw an ice cube or 2 in the glass

It applies primarily to scotch because there are just SO many flavors and smells to try and catch, but any barrel-aged spirit can benefit from a small splash of water. Something about the exothermic reaction between the water and the alcohol that does it, but I don't know the chemistry.
Don't drown your glass. I usually only add a few droplets of water, some people will add enough to just cover the bottom of their glass, etc. Tastes vary but it makes a big difference to what you can catch for flavors.

It's fun to experiment and see what you can taste or smell by adding or deleting water, or raising or lowering the drinking temp by a few degrees.

Two of my favorites, as well. Great taste and doesn't break the bank!
