I reported it as harassment as he didn't have the right to do it. He was obviously not working for the state and was there to fish with his buddy who got out of the 4Runner to open up the gate which is supposed to be the driver, unless he was also listed on his permit to operate the vehicle. I took pics of the guys 4Runner with his plates and lack of a decal on the rear bumper and attached them to the email I sent Gary. He started putting in the "decal must be on rear bumper with no exceptions" part of the text the following week. It put a smile on my face.

The last text message sent out for 2015 said they wouldn't be texting the combo anymore and it had the link in the text message itself.

I bought frame caps a while back and it only took like 2 weeks and that was for a couple pairs. Maybe he's backlogged:confused:

I went over for a friends funeral, then figured it would be a good time to spend time with family that I dont see. Next time I like spend a week up there or something. I might take 2 weeks off to work on a house up there too.

Im surprised how much areas on Oahu you can pull off and hit the sand. I remember DH cruises back in the day were pretty mento, my uncle took us into allen davis back in the day and mokuleia used to have sand drags. I think I seen Brian(silver 4dr with pelfreybilt sticker) out nanakuli and seen the desert sand 01-04 cruising all over NS…and my sister loves that yoda sticker on the tail gate and she said nice truck.
Took a pic of this car down Waimea bay, later on this fkn idiot comes flying into Haleiwa past were we were standing, sitting on his window sill and almost piles up into the car infront of him. His other idiot friend pounding sounds that sounded like shit. I look at my brother and tell em, yep, if this was big i…i woulda flew the bottle into his car and try slap that dummy.

also got to see this art work….
