    Ummm how hard is it to attach the rear brake wire back to the brake? Sorry if I didn't use the right terms. Can take pictures when I get home.

    It might be, I don't know how the brakes and all work. Is the e-brake the cable and normal brakes a line? Sorry just don't know. If it is the e-brake that's better than the other.

    If you are not seeing leaking brake fluid, then its most likely the parking brake.

    brakes use fluid to work, they run in lines. There is a cable that runs along the drivers side of the frame and to the back of each rear brake. This is your parking brake or e-brake. Look back there and its pretty self explanatory how to detach the cable. There is just a pin that needs to be pulled or punch out.

    Took off the fender flares for the first time in 20 years to clean and check for rust. Still intact but I need a paint job :(

    Tried pullin it back together, just didn't reach far enough. Try it again in the morning maybe when it gets light.

    Go look and see if the hinge/return spring thats on the frame is not stuck.

    Parking brake cable is kinda a bitch to do. It routes up next to the gas tank, into a black hole, then out underneath the drivers side and hooks into a lever.

    The pins get rusted easily and fuse themselves to the brackets. Driving them out can be difficult because the metal is thin and just bends when you hit it. I uses a small vise to press them out.
