    I've read through the first 100 pages or so, and cherry picked the rest, but i'm wondering if anyone has close to this setup and what backspacing they are running to clear everything with 35's.

    Shock Relocation in Rear
    LT +2 in the front.

    I understand everything about the trimming and pinch weld and cmc. I'm just not sure what backspacing to get, I think its kinda dumb to spend money on wheels and they have to run spacers to clear.

    My build sounds very similar to what you're planning. I skipped the shock relocation and stuck with stock mounting points out rear. 4.75 BS, 35x12.50R17 with the TC +2 race series. Have a set of spidertrax spacers out back to compensate for the wider front. Chopped 3.5" out of the front fenders, cab mount chop and flattened pinch weld. Not too much firewall massaging required because of the +2

    ...but they only make 1-1/4", at least for the past few years the only Tacoma wheel spacer on the Spidertrax site has been 1-1/4".

    Edit - we're gonna need photo evidence w/ a tape measure homey

    I bought the Synergy 1.5" from the 4wp supplier Transamerican. I paid 69 per box of 2. I only ran the spacers until I got my hands on proper wheels though.

    Touché ! Kind of...those are not listed by 6x5.5 they are only listed for pre 2000 Tacos...So why are they are they only listed for the pre 2000's ? the hub bore size is different and technically they are not the correct hub centric fit ? ....otherwise why would they not list them for the newer trucks ?
