So apparently there's something wrong with the valve body in my transmission. Getting a new one under warranty.

Score! The wild thing is I actually had the transmission fluid changed out early at 30K (and paid through the teeth) to avoid issues. At least it didn't happen at 61K miles!

I was thinking, at some point we should all get together and do something like F1 Boston in Braintree or K1 Speed in Kingston. A bunch of us all on the track together would be the best, worst idea ever, I think.

Just got back from Lou's Custom Exhaust in Stoughton. They did a great job on my daughter's car. It cost me less than I could buy the parts for and everything is warranted for 2 years.

 

Hey all! I'm off the rock, driving to Ipswich at some point... Right now I'm in Pembroke. Twiddling my thumbs. Gf is at her grandma's house, while I'm waiting for a callback to go buy another welding machine. What's everyone up to today?

 

Unfortunately, I'm on the job site covering today. It's not bad though, we've only torn apart 2 critical areas that, come hell or high water, need to be buttoned back up before we all leave today...

 

Hanging out at the service part of my local dealership to get an oil change. Super busy so been here for almost 2 hours. All good though. Gives me a break from the wife and kid while they're off doing their own thing with her parents.

 

Ahh thought you had a mechanical locker . Trying to figure out what locker I'm going to get .

 

I have an Aussie in the front. Ex-lock rite engineer designed a better locker and started another company. Myself and a few friends have had them for awhile. In the front I have no issues turning or whatever. I can't speak much for rear end behavior but Bobby with the silver TJ you met from the toy runs has run one for a few years and loves it.

 

I think I have decided on the Eaton Tru Trac for the heep. It should be good enough for my light wheeling and still be good as a DD

 

Sorry I missed you, it would have been nice to grab a beer with you. I ran up to the gun show in Marlboro with two that I am selling. I got prices and will post them here before the Foxboro show.
