    Lol when it came down to it I was terrified and kept taking them out too early. I could do a better job if I did it again but they turned out pretty nice. I have to open one back up sometime. The paint has terrible pits in one spot.

    Does any know of a walk through post that exists on how to remove the chrome insert from the grille? Those that have done it, how hard is it? That's the only part I'm sketched out about.

    I plan on painting and dipping my grille. But until it gets above 50 degrees here I'm going to wait. I did my rims when it was 45 and that was too cold. They would have turned out better in warmer weather. Until then I will try my best to be patient and admire others who have done it with good results. Keep the ideas coming!

    It's really easy..

    Start off my removing the two bolts

    Next, remove the two pop out pins that attach the grille to the headlights

    This is what the pop out pins look like

    Finally, remove another 4 pop out pins that line the bottom of the grille....and your done! Pull up and out and she's out!

    Thanks, I'm pretty confident in my abilities to remove the whole grille. It's seperating the chrome insert from the rest of it that I'm not to sure about.
