    I got my first one last Feb as a reward for losing 50 pounds..figured it was a fast job so if it was that bad I could grit my teeth for 30 minutes. My zodiac glyph..



    Not 2 weeks later I sat for 2 hours for this one.,Danzig logo..



    Got this one in October..still needs color, 2.5 hours in..Glenn Danzig crucified from the Danzig vid "Am I Demon"



    There will be more..thinking Powerman 5000 logo next, then Darth Maul

    I would stop benching if it got above my squat lol. I squat 365 and bench 330, but I find it way easier to progress on squats than bench.

    their gym music seems to be as bad as mine. If I don't have my headphones, I'll just go home lol. I can't workout to the Jones Bros.

    I did rope-pulldowns yesterday for a back exercise and my damn upper abs are sore as hell!

    I did 405 a few weeks ago and was gonna put the video of it on here, but my form was awful. My back was curved so bad. I was ashamed.

    That's also why I think I hate bench press. I fluctuate between being able to get 330 all the way down to like 305. There's no worse feeling than putting 315+ on there and not being able to do it after you've done it before a few times. Then my workout partner will get on there and do it like 10 times and I'm just like

    My PR on deadlift was 3 sets of 3 with 255. Never tried to max out but it wasn't that hard. I've never tried to max out anything now that I think about it...

    I did 225, 275, 315, 315 all x4. Then 365x1, then tried 400. Honestly, I think I psyched myself out more than anything.

    But, yea, any time a DL doesn't feel right, I bail immediately. Ain't tryin to get a one way ticket to snap city.

    385 was your previous PR. you went all in there. after 365x1 i would have done 390x1 or 395x1 and see how that felt first before 400. but i wouldn't know i don't even deadlift anymore :crapstorm:

    when you guys are dead lifting in the upper 300's or going for you max are you guys doing switched grips? (1 hand forward, one reverse) or using straps?
    im hitting 225x10 no straps and 315x5 with straps. weighing in at 170 flat in the morning...
    side note B12 has really upped my metabolism, im hungry every 2hrs now
