I have an '05 tacoma with a Fabtech 6" lift. The back leafs are starting to sag really bad and wanted to replace them. I'm looking for a 6" lift leaf spring. Anyone know where I can find a set or if they even exist?

You could probably get some allpro expo Leafs they sit at about 4in without any weight in the bed. And they still ride great even with no weight in the bed.

For 6" leafs you can custom order some from Alcan which will be upwards of 600 plus. What I did was just got the allpro expos and added a 2" block.

Most leaf spring companies can make you a 6 inch leaf spring. You just have to call and tell them what you need.

No one makes a 6" leaf pack.
I ordered my custom 6" pack from Alcan, $780 to my door.

Reviving an old thread... I'm running 2.5" blocks and AAL on my six inch lift. Really close to pulling the trigger on the 6" leaf spring from Alcan. I spoke with Bill from Alcan and he is a very nice guy. He assured me that this would be a direct bolt on replacement with u bolts. Can anyone verify this? I'm looking to get rid of the blocks in the back, and achieve a level lift of 6". however I am skeptical about replacing with rear leaf springs and having to spend more $$ on additional parts. From what I'm reading, a few ppl are running shackles and flip kits or spacers to get their rig level after install.

do you guys wheel with these setups, or is it for looks?

I understand if you've gone all out flat-bed crawler style with 6" or more, but otherwise thats a lot of center of gravity change. Not being a jerk with the question, actually want to know what you do with the vehicles.

Imageomega some of us do have the lift for off road use. Not all of us drive pavement princesses... Mine has scratches, dents, cracks, rust, etc from off roading. Spends more time off road than on. Yeah it's nice having a good looking truck but it's more fun if it isn't. If you want a grocery getter, get a car or suv. Driving a lifted truck as a daily is stupid and I know this personally as I did it for three years while paying mine off but I bought mine so I could go off roading. Talk to me when you have dents or scratches, until then, have fun wasting fuel as tacomas with a lift have very poor mileage. Mine will stay as a toy that only gets used to do work or for wheeling, mostly wheeling. As you can see from my picture, it isn't a daily driver and that's why we also own a car... I'll never drive that truck as a daily and its last day as a pavement princess was the first day I owned it. Someone before me put the lift and chromies on with airbags in the back and an aftermarket trailer brake controller, f**king dumb to have 35's with a 6 inch lift just to pull trailers.. It was definitely a pavement princess before I came along. Don't get me wrong because I love my tacoma. But at the end of the day, it's an off road toy and nothing else.

    hey boss,

I’m planning on doing a 1.5 in aal and a 3 or 4 in block to level out back on a 6in rough country lift as my leafs are sagging… what aal did you use combined with 2.5 in block? Did it get you level 6in in back?
