    House is 1,586 sq feet. 3 bed/2 bath with a bonus office. Big back yard and side yard that I'll probably turn into a car port. Driveway leads into side yard as well. Lot is 4,800 sq feet. Close to Florida Ave and Hillsborough Ave

    Keep that excitement. You will need it to help you get through all the headaches associated with buying a house. But once those headaches are over and you sign the final papers the joy will instantly return.

    If it doesn't, get naked and run through YOUR house and it will.
