Looking good! I like everything except the wheels. A little too flashy and bro-tastic.

Just wanted to update the build page with everything done up to date.

I purchased a set of Rugged Ridge floor liners in which I highly recommend over Weathertech or Husky.

Also got some door sill protectors and the molding next to it Line-X'd to continue working on getting the interior black. Also offers extra protection from scratches and gives it a cleaner look in my opinion.

A couple weeks ago I ordered the CAB mount chop brackets and had it done at a local shop for under $100. I do still rub on the driver side a little bit but nowhere near as much. Is there a reason why it would rub on one side as opposed to another? It looks like the cutting and welding are the same on both sides.

Pic of the driver side straight
    [IMG]

Pic of the driver side with the wheel turned all the way to the left

Pic of the passenger with the wheel turned all the way.

I also got the CV Axle bushing from ECGS along with removal tool, the install tool, and the axle seal. I was trying to find out more information on the install tool(s) (guessing everything in the red toolbox). Has anyone used these?

Plan on doing the install in a week or two.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask and provide any input as it is greatly appreciated, thank you.

    Hey everyone,

I currently have a Pro Lift suspension (3"in spacer with 1"in block in the rear) on my 13' Tacoma. I just purchased a Plate bumper from Pelfrybilt and ICON Tubular UCA's that were a great deal on sale. In the future I plan on purchasing the ICON coilovers to go with it but is it ok if I install the UCA's with the stock coils?

I have provided a link below to Prolift's lift that I currently have (installed by dealership).

Pic for attention and thank you in advance for all of your advice.

New High Lift Jack with bed mounts. Easy install with the hardest part getting my hand up in the fender well to tighten down the mounting brackets.

Also, It is very hard to get my tonneau cover shut since the jack is now in the way.

Just got some ICON UCA's in as the first step in upgrading the suspension. Trying to piece it together step by step.

Just got a set of Ridgid Industry D2's installed with the CBI mounting bracket. Once I get my Pelfrybilt bumper in next month I will also install the SAE Fog lights from Ridgid as well.

Today I got the UCA's installed with an alignment, balance, and rotation. No complaints so far. Atleast the off road place fixed my vibration issues from what I can tell but my CAB mount is rubbing again in reverse.

How is the rest of the interior work going?

I too want to make most/all of the interior black. I think. I haven't decided yet. I want leather seats but I really don't like black leather for seats, and I think it will be a bit much with EVERYTHING black. I don't want dark grey seats either.
So trying to get a vision on what I want to do.

When I bought my truck and was waiting for them to detail it there was an Inferno Tundra TRD Pro in the show room. The interior was freaking awesome! It had black cloth seats with orange double stitching and the center piece of both the back and the seat where a mesh orange and black combo. It really broke up the black interior and brought some color to everything. It looked so good.
I was hoping the Tacoma TRD Pro had the same so I could just order those cloth seats and reupholster mine with it. But I guess only the Tundra has that cool interior. I hate that Toyota always gets cheap with everything.
I've found it impossible to try to get someone to do custom cloth seats. I guess leather is just as expensive and most people want that.

I may need to figure out how I can replicate this cool look with leather.

As of right now I have not really done much to the interior lately. I might take some pieces into a hydro graphics place depending on the price. Most of the plastic pieces near the bottom that get scuffed up I may continue to get Line'X on. I know you can get black leather online for the arm rest as well...there is a tutorial somewhere on the site.

Right now I am focusing most of my money on the suspension and trying to get rid of my spacer lift.

Today I installed my Pelfreybilt front plate bumper. Install wasn't bad at all once I got help to lift it up.

Looking good man. Quick questions about your bumper. How long did it take from ordering to when it was delivered? How's the quality? What did you finish it with? I'm thinking of ordering a rear bumper this week. Keep up the nice mods.

Mine took about 10 weeks to deliver and no issues when I received the shipment. I will say that if you have a commercial shop you can ship to it will save you money. Also, I decided to have it powder coated by Pelfreybilt and it looks great. Love my bumper and no complaints

Well, I ordered the rear bumper on the last day of the 10% off sale. Told 8-10 weeks. Thanks for the info.
