image.jpg image.jpg Can't decide between these two wheels. What do you guys think?

Also I may or may not be able to get the methods for a discounted rate.

I really do like the TRD wheels more, but my cheap side is pushing me towards the hookup.

I assume you can get the Methods in the appropriate lugnut pattern? If not that will make your decision simple.

I have the methods on my 16 off road and love them, in my opinion they look better than the stock, I was going to go with the trd but I like the bead lock look so I opt for the method.....20160127_085740.jpg

The Methods in the OP are NV True Beadlocks. Depends what you plan on doing with your truck since one is a daily driver rim and the other is a crawler/race wheel. Also the price between those two are much different.

You can tell the difference between real and fake beadlock Method NVs by the center cap. The center cap on the fakes stick a lot more.

Yeah, that was just the image available on the site. but they do come in the appropriate lug pattern.

So are the TRD pro wheels considered only for daily driver? I don't plan on racing but I will be doing some offroading, would the TRDs not be a good choice then?

You could still offroad plenty with the TRD wheels. They are strong and will withstand more than most of us could put them through.

The TRD wheel will be fine for off roading.

Beadlocks are great for running low psi in the tire (sub 10psi) as it holds the bead of the tire on. So if doing high speed or just crawling you dont have to worry about popping a bead. Not all beadlocks are street legal FYI.

The TRD (or other non beadlock) will work just fine for most people. Ive had my tires down to 10psi on non beadlocks and as long you dont do donuts or anything they will be fine.

I went with methods for mine but mostly cause i went with 5 of them and the savings was just to much for me at the time
