I'm still looking for a good running 3.4L for that 4runner that i recently bought with a seized engine. I found one with 116k miles from the same Arizona salvage yard where i purchased my tacoma motor. They wanted $700+$250 shipping but they sold it locally. Everything else i'm finding has crazy miles on it. Keep a eye out for me, it's killing me not wrenching on it.

I have this old caddy i want to install Airride and WWW's, my chevelle that i want to install a LS motor, 4 toyota 4x4's i wrench on and numerous motorcycles and quads that i tinker with. My wife says i have more projects than i have $$$! I have too many vehicles.

Fook man I have my truck and my bank accounts hate me lol I couldn't imagine splitting up all my time and money on all those toys ha-ha. If your ever feeling bored I have my truck that I'm slowly building up. You do performance upgrades too? I want to add 50 to 100 hp to mine without turbo or super charging... Whats the best route for that?

 

68Dave, that green 900 was my 2nd street bike,(well it wasn't that one cuz it got totaled) I bought one after buying a 500 Yamaha and owning it for 2 months, the guy who wasted me-n-the 900's insurance company bought me a KZ1000 with lester wheels, which was my dd and roadrace bike. my last street bike was a 1982 Eddie Lawson Replica, it was #88.and you gave me shit about my Harley comment?? you will get more $$ for those 900's then that Harley they look great!

 

YUP, that turd was less than 6 months old and the transmission had major issues already. On top of that one of the shocks squeaked under load and the blower motor fan squeaked when on. I no longer have it, traded it for a F-150.

 

Not sure about performance upgrades on a v6 truck motor, now if it was a small or big block chevy then i could help you.

Thanks for the compliment. I've had the green bike for about 20 years now. Good chance i'm eBaying the root beer bike this spring, if i get $5000 i'll let it go. I've had plenty of Z1900's, KZ900's & KZ1000's over the years. A couple years ago I traded a old buddy a 78 KZ1000 for that 01 CR500 that's pictured but never picked up the KZ, still sitting here. ELR and Z1R's are my dream bikes, any pics of the ELR? Pictured here is a 1976 KZ900 that i picked up for $300 about 4 years ago for my brother, 2nd pic is the same bike after my brother started building it. He rakes & stretches them, i prefer them original.

I prefer them original too. Not into the custom crap. I appreciate the vision and the effort, but i like classic designs.

I was into the CB750s before i got on the dual sport wagon. Great bikes.

 

I have a new CMMG 22 conversion kit for an ar15. Replaces the whole BCG. Anyone interested? 180 but i cant sell the magazine, its a 25 rounder. I might be motivated to just give it away with purchase of the kit.
