    In fact, the friends that were helping me were wondering if you sold kits for other vehicles, or could customize a bit? Directions wouldn't be necessary for their vehicles, unless of course, you already have them made up for various vehicles!

    do you need that bed outlet to properly wire this thing? or would this kit work with a base regular cab without that 110v outlet in the bed?

    Does not require the outlet, wiring is separate.

    Hardest part would be getting it through the firewall into the cab, but that's not too bad. Shouldn't be too difficult. Having just installed them, it was extremely easy even for a wiring noob like myself. The directions he sends plus some common sense, and you should be fine.

    Just got my set from a fellow member who never got to setting them up. I'm restoring a camper shell and figured this would be a great way to get some light in there for camping and seeing in the bed at night. This was just a rough set up in order to test them out and figure out the best position for them.
