Interesting that you brought up gas mileage. I came from a 2014 Accord that got 34 mpg to a my new tacoma that only gets 17.0.. 14.5 if I have fun driving... I thought that after getting this tacoma, I would not feel so much difference in getting a Charger or a Camaro.. and i like going sideways in my 240sx as well!...[/QUOTE]

I had a 2013 Accord Touring. Stock it did about 37 MPG on the highway but after I added the 19" HFP wheels, it dropped to about 34 MPG. However I was talking about actual miles I've driven the vehicles and not MPG today. haha. :)

I seem to average around 15.5 MPG in my Tacoma, but I have a short commute and the truck barely warms up. If I stick to the highway, it will be 20-21 MPG. It did better stock, but the tires hurt it quite a bit.

240SX! Love those and it was the best Groupon ever. A local drift club had a few with welded rear diffs and we went to Thunder Hill Raceway here in Cali to get about 45 minutes of seat time thrashing on them. Best $120 I've ever spent! I'd love to have a nice, clean 240SX but sadly, those are very few and far between.

Thanks. The grille is off of an SR. This color is not hard to keep clean - it does very well hiding dirt. I'm a white/silver/charcoal vehicle guy but I've been very happy with this color. I posted a week or so ago pictures of the truck and it had a good coat of road grime from being driven through the rain for a week or so. It still looked really good!

It's certainly a hell of a lot easier to keep clean than my Charger. :)

Thanks. The biggest transformation were the wheels and grille. I held out on the grille for a while but once I swapped it, the truck came together. Those two things made a world of difference to me. I tend to go towards conservative and tasteful mods. Other than a set of SOS sliders with kickouts, I'm pretty much done modding the truck for now.

Very stoked on the Inferno. Just got my TRD Offroad 4x4 decided to paint the flares. Hate the how the black plastic turns chalky overtime.

Looks great! I considered painting them as well but a little 303 protectant (I just finished wiping them down 15 minutes ago) will keep them looking great for many years to come. The older ones were very hard plastic and discolored over time. My 2000 Tacoma TRD had those. I don't think these will do the same, but with proper maintenance they'll last.

Big fan of the 303 Aerospace. Treated everything black with it last week.

Good lookin truck! I went with the Barcelona Red as the Inferno = DIVORCE. Barcelona Red was the cheaper choice in the long run!

Thanks for the recommendation! I'm expecting my Inferno OR to show up this week or next at the latest, and I've been wondering the best way to protect that plastic!

lol that's hilarious ... my wife was the complete opposite! She hated the red and liked the orange ... of course when I ordered it and came home and told her she was like, "lulz, you bought an orange truck?!?" .. hey babe, you told me you liked it :D

Those rims are noice. It's kind of hard to tell from the reflection, but are those bronze?

I had a friend upbraid me for choosing inferno with this same argument. However I'm a divorce attorney and I don't get how inferno = divorce. Care to explain?
