    Meanwhile....@SoutheastOverland...I think I may have solved my chromoly axle issues. I need "79-95" bearing pockets me thinks. Gotta return this suburban rental, I affectionately named "moby dick" and see if I can find some. The way my luck has been on these axles...no one will have bearing pockets in stock. So far I have $1500 in parts, labor and rentals in a $200 set of axles. :anonymous:
