Ditched my Goodyear MTRs at about 30k miles on old 2003 Tacoma TRD OR....they were decent offroad but terrible on wet pavement. Duratracs were better in both categories for me and I've owned two sets on two different vehicles since then.

I'm in pretty much the same boat... down here in FL, just rain :D

I've always had KO2s so I'm happy to go with something lighter that handles better on pavement.

They don't make a duratrac in a 315.... But Love the MTRs over my old dynapros.. My truck is the opposite of a pavement princes. I only drive it to go wheeling these days.

3" lift, goodyear wrangler duratracs 285/70r17, k&n filter, bakflip vp tonneau and tint.
Just your normal road noise for these kind of tires.

also lighter in weight and low rolling resistance so your MPG's won't take a hit... personally they will be my tires in 30,000 miles or sooner .

If you go off pavement then those soft rubber All Weathers would be a bad choice. A couple of farms around here have tried them and the X/T 4 from Cooper. Both are similar offers from Cooper with the ATw being slightly sexier and the X/T 4 being a bit more functional. The X/T 4 seems to last about 30K and the ATw's maybe 20K. Lots of gravel in that of course but the rubber is too soft for constant off paved use and that's good to know before you buy.

Two more months and I should have truck just like that one in my driveway. That's the stock size tire, right?

I have KO2s right now, they are great
I've also had Duratracs which were also reallly good but a they were a bit louder

However, MTR kevlar's were awesome on my Jeep, but super loud and aggressive, it was actually funny. But they performed well. For my day to day I like to stick to an AT though like the duratrac or the KO2

I've heard from the guys that service rigs and remote sites in Canada's far north that they use Nitto Exo Grapplers on their service trucks. The gravel up there on roads like the Dempster Highway is really hard and chunky, with sharp edges. Your front tires flip the rocks up and they cut your back tires. 10 ply is a must. You need 2 spares to drive the Dempster, and even that's not enough if you have urban wanna be tires. However, I realize that most of us don't need tires this tough, but rather want tires that look tough. When it comes to tough looks, there are lots of options.
