I vote no 3rd row. I've folded down the rear seats on my Runner a few times already and the flat surface is money.

I would go with no. You will lose storage area which is important if you start camping and what not.

What is this resale thing you speak of? ;)

Id pass on the 3rd row seating, why would you wanna put more than 5 ppl in a 4runner?

I'm going with the 3/4 rack because I don't want to drill into another vehicle haha.
Haha I don't ever want to sell it. Just want to future proof it.

Resale value is a factor? After that list of mods I doubt the third seat will make a difference!

Haha I don't know. I'm just trying to plan ahead! I think I've decided on no third row.

If you ever get a dog or a fridge the 3rd row would be a real PITA.

I was looking at 5th gens a few weeks ago(SR5 Premium), the seats in the back don't fold completely flat without the 3rd row. About a 3 inch difference between the seat back and the rear cargo area.

Yeah that was my main reason for not wanting it. I want a good flat surface

SCS wheels hands down. You will probably get a tucked look with trd ones, or run spacers :puke:

I'm trying to get them from the dealer for cheap with a package deal with my truck. If I do, I'll sell them to you and buy the SCS.
