Anybody have any recommendations for a good Hotel/Casino near Tahoe, which is also close to some good boarding?

I've never been up there so any input would help

I drove down from SLO to Vandenberg in the morning it was pretty bad on the 101, luckily not many people on the road at 0700.

lol I think that about a lot of California, last year it snowed down in Temecula/Lake Elsinore area and people were pulled over on the side of the freeway, touching snow. Having come from a state with "the greatest snow on Earth"...I'm okay with warm weather for a while. Only for Christmas do I like snow.

5-8 guys, but needs to be on the Nevada side cause I have a feeling we're going to want to do more drinking and gambling then boarding. That place looks super close to the lake though! Was it nice?

Gotcha, I'd look into airbnb's up there. We went up MLK weekend so we couldn't find one in time. There's some nice airbnb's up there with private jacuzzis and you get your own kitchen and what not.
Yea it was super nice! Went up with 6 people and we got a jr suite. And snow conditions at heavenly were super nice

Cruise to the beach, get a cold beer at the snack shop, walk the beach. Then cruise up Refugio Canyon road to West Camino, over to 154 and down back to SB. BAM.

    haha

    I liked one member's reply
"My managers are 20 something college dipshits that try to explain to me how to do my job. The job that I have been doing for 17 years. When they ask me how long I have been doing what I do. I reply with "12 of you". When they ask what I mean by 12 of you. I let them know that 12 of them have come and gone and I am still here. They have a management degree but they couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag with a razor blade. Drop the mic I'm out."
