    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.

    Congratulations on the house!!!

    I had a House over off of W Powhaten and Highland Ave. My brother,cousin and I bought the house in 1984 under the City Of Tampa/Hillsborough County revitalization/Redevelopment program paid $ 12,000 borrowed $58,000 on house put in some good ole blood sweat and labor in the sucker sold it in 2005... I love that area was not so good when we moved there but some good folks moved and remodeled and took pride in their homes and helped the area...

    Thanks! That is awesome. We love the area and this house is fully renovated built back in 1918. Guy across the street was painting his house when we went to go look.

    Yeah our house was built in 1921/23 Has the area become a better place to live now? I have not been over in that area in 12/13 years now...

    It was such a strong revitalization/Redevelopment neighborhood back then and I know they had some issues but still a great area with the Bungalow style houses.

    We had to replace 2 18X18 beams under the house that was a pure pain in the ass!!
