    some parts of the valley are hood... some are solid middle class... try to stay within L.A. city areas for the rent control, but just about all of the valley outside of Burbank is L.A. controlled...

    Sherman Oaks is nice. Canoga Park is cool too. North Hollywood has its good and bad. Studio City isn't too shabby either.
