210, I'm a collegiate rower, so I spend a lot of time doing deadlift and squat, and I really don't bench for half the year. I'm 6' 175lb

Shit, I'm 6'1 170 and squat 225 deadlift 295 and bench 175. But those are all 2-3 reps. I don't know my 1rep maxes. So you've got me beat big time. I just started regularly working out recently though

I didn't start until I was 22 (turning 27 this year). I lose sleep thinking about the gainz I abandoned for those 22 years.

I wish I new just a fraction of what I know now back in high school.

I took a "weight training" class sophomore year, so I would've been 15ish. I probably weighed about 120 back then. I remember spending the whole semester trying to bench 135 and how awesome it felt when I finally got it. It was my first class of the day so I would wake up slam a red bull and go. I took another weight lifting class senior year of college. I was weighing 155 and we could only get an A if we could bench our body weight 10x. I did it but it was the hardest thing and I also racked the bar wrong and had a 45 and 5 on one said and a 45 and a 10 on the other. Luckily the teacher only saw the right side so he thought it was 155. I was such a weenie. Somehow my now wife still dated me back then and stayed with me. Must've seen the potential I had.

haha same here man. When me and my wife met, I was scrawny and lanky and she had gained the freshman 15 lol....we were both skin and bones in high school. We both started working out our 2nd-3rd year in college and have been ever since lol. I could never go back. I was seriously like 135-140 lbs from about 13-19. Now, I'm at 205-210 and I love it (minus a little fat that needs to disappear). I don't see what she saw in me lol b/c when I look back at old pics, I'm like "what a little bitch." Maybe this is it:

I took weight training in high school. All 4 years. Freshman year I benched 95 lbs. might have weighed 120-130. Graduated at 140 lbs and benched 225, power cleaned 225, squatted 300. Lightly worked out in college, but i hated it. Never tried. Then I took 4 years off of lifting...

Damn. I never did anything until college. I remember when I was like 15-16 my cousin got a weight bench for Christmas and I couldn't do 95 lbs. I was definitely not alpha in high school lol

managed to finally feel better, finish moving and get back to a normal routine. Had a very predictability disappointing day on chest. Me and my training partner both had the same amount of time off, sickness and bullshit so we had a good match. Warmed up on 230, jumped to 280, went to 320 and did 7 reps x 5 on 320 then 5x5 on 320. It really didn't feel good and felt like a metric ton but we pushed through it.

@zacharypaul89 We are going to start the 10x10x10x3 hypertrophy conditioning training phase next week. Im gonna see if i can cut down 5-10 pounds of fat to make it easier for my next weight in.

I started lifting in 2005 when I was 17 probably weighed 120. I was going off and on and I didn't know what I was doing. 10 years later I'm still skinny and don't look like I lift. Awwfuk

Dude, don't off yourself. I know you probably want to if you're listening to that. It's not worth it.

I was at 169.2lbs this morning on the scale. I clinched hard trying to hit 170. I've never been that heavy before. I always say I'd like to be 185 but I think I would have to give up too much BF on my frame and I'd rather stay where I am around 10%. I'll just keep doing what I do and see where that takes me

I'll take a #1 with a side of #2 please. I wish I could be both big and lean.

Here's a chart from nattyornot.com that shows the average LBM you can achieve naturally:

    Height

    6′ 2″ (188cm) - 197lbs (89kg)

    6′ 1″ (185cm) - 190lbs (86kg)

    6′ (183cm) - 184lbs (83.5kg)

    5′ 11″ (180cm) - 177lbs (80kg)

    5′ 10″ (178cm) - 170lbs (77kg)

    5′ 9″ (175cm) - 163lbs (74kg)

    5′ 8″ (173cm) - 156lbs (71kg)

    5′ 7″ (170cm) - 149lbs (68kg)

    5′ 6″ (168cm) - 142lbs (65kg)

    5′ 5″ (165cm) - 135lbs (62kg)

Source: How Big Can You Get Naturally Without Steroids

I'm 5'11'' and it says the most LBM I can get is 177 lbs. According to the bb.com LBM calculator, at 5'11'', 205 lbs and 16% bf, I'm at 172 lbs of LBM. Only 5 more to go and then it's needle time!
