Ah the gussets aren't flush. @allenfab would def know how to get em to good welding standards

 

Not a big deal. Take a c-clamp and put it inside the C-section of the frame and under that bracket and tighten. It will pull it right up flush with the frame. If there is a factory frame weld that prevents it from moving, just grind that weld flat.

No problem. Stuff like this is completely common with anything that is welded. Metal expansion and shrinking from the heat of welding, slightly short/long measurements, and parts being slightly out of square or not completely bent to the right angle will cause these things to happen.

Im glad someone posted they bought one. I wanted to ask why a rope over a winch? Is there an additive im missing in the rope?

 

Sometimes it's quicker to give a quick tug and keep moving then breaking out the winch but I also plan on getting a winch

 

Hopefully I won't break that one too lol
