For those considering Mobtown Offroad Bolt-on Rock Sliders (especially DCLB's) I should have some pictures of mine installed on my truck by Sunday or Monday assuming FedEx delivers them on schedule this Friday.

I know I had a hard time finding pictures of this configuration (DCLB, Bolt on, angled up, Kickout, and DOM Tubing) installed on a Tacoma when I was looking at ordering so I'll be sure to post some pictures in this thread and the main thread.

I can't wait to get these things painted and bolted up.

Good luck with the sale Joe!

I'm doing my best to make this happen. It's going to require bumper trimming unlike the gen 2. I have a guy coming this weekend for mock up.

I was in bed and ready to go to sleep but saw this awesome deal so I got up and placed my order for the ribbed tailgate skin w/ free cap!

I used to sit on gunbroker on my phone at all hours of the night to make sure I won the bid on firearms.

I definitely can...I signed up for all your GB's (aka awesome shit I didn't know I needed) on my phone! :luvya:

I just wanted to jump on the computer to get a really good look at the skin and cap. I've been jumping in and out of the bed of the truck a lot lately and my big ass surely can't be doing anything good to the tailgate.

Yes...yes you do... I know I do because every time I'm done jumping in and out of the bed, I check the tailgate for bends. I'd like to not do that anymore so I'm looking forward to this install!

The ribbed one. It should have a little less wobble to it then the flat one. Am I thinking right @Mobtown Offroad?

And if you get the ribbed one you get a free cap too

The threaded inserts are zinc plated steel for 1/4-20 hardware. The hardware is 1/4-20 x 3/4" long zinc plated steel socket button head cap screws with 1/4" USS zinc plated steel flat washers.

To install the threaded inserts it includes a 5/16" grade 8 nut and a 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" long grade 8 hex head cap screw. The tailgate hardware is grade 5.
