No screams......but he does flex in the mirror quite often.....and he does not have enough to be flexing about. I get a good laugh almost daily.

Also, go watch Pumping Iron. I believe you can watch it for free on YouTube. If not, it's not Netflix.

Starting out, you're probably thinking it's gonna take forever to get where you wanna be, but you'll never get there if you don't start.

that, too. There are literally no negatives that can come from it...

    Facts:
    - girls like muscles. you get muscles, girls notice...provided you don't have a shitty personality, muscles can equal girls
    - you'll be stronger, which has multiple benefits: working is easier, respect from weaker men, can kick ass if needed
    - overall health benefits from increased cardio and weightlifting
    - you'll probably meet new people who are into being healthy
    - you'll probably start eating healthier, which leads to living longer
    - gym time releases endorphins, which is like a natural high that also increases overall well-being and happiness

Stop being scared and/or lazy and lift some weights

I'm actually pretty active. I'm always in the water, doing yard work and projects out in the sun. Also, working a full time job and being a single parent, it gets kinda hard to squeeze in workouts (my excuse..lol). I eventually would like to get a gym membership, soon I hope.

I'm definitely not weak, for my size at least. No problem with the ladies or the ass kicking, the muscles are there, just hiding. .haha :rolleyes:

Wear a weighted vest everywhere under your shirts and ankle weights n such, even swimming (but get a bubble).. People might think you look weird ("special" with bubble) or have gotten fat, until summer when you take your shirt off and look like shredded wheat and Panties fall like rain.

For the longest time, I was stuck at 140, and I'm currently at 165 with a baby gut/dad bod, I think now is the time to finally jump on the gym thing.

Not exactly 99%. But you can eat tacos right a lot and have great success. But that's a whole other story.

That's the hard part! We eat white rice with everything where I live, and the beer won't leave me alone.
