    The better coast
That's true and I did/do see both sides of the coin. One side is that ^ where i gave the benefit of the doubt that there is a reason. The other side being "there is no reason for this". Such as one manager leaving stacks of credit card information out in the open for anyone to walk in, see them unattended and walk out with them.

I totally get right attitude they can always learn thing, but sometimes (lots of time) there would be the "how/why does that even happen" thoughts. I liked that job a lot, did not like how is was run.

Can I give you a hug?

Don't give yourself a heart attack, serously. All that stress is not worth it. Remember the good parts about your job too....gotta balance the stress with happy, happy, joy, joy thoughts.

What I meant was, what kind of clients would a rest stop have of they aren't someone driving by and in need of food/bathrooms/souvenirs? What would they need to go to the rest stop for?

    Head unit. That's it.
The disconnect between "Desk riders" and "Grunts" really has no place in progress. Typically exasperated by poor communication and the gopher mentality of upper management, it only consumes time and money, and companies typically lose good employees, and it becomes a cycle. Proper leadership principles will negate poor communication, and actually empower the "grunt" and the both the company and employees will benefit. I am currently experiencing this from a different perspective (as the grunt) at my current employer, and it makes one feel as though they are just a number, or their opinion counts for nothing. It can be very demeaning.
