    Have you tried JT's in cashmere ? I got quoted $4200.00 for gears and lockers, twin compressor and air tank. Let me know if they beat that price.

    Gears arent bad...its the lockers that are the real cost killer! But still wasnt ot bad when i was thinking of buying TacoStig's setup (whil ehe was deciding between 4.56 and 4.88)

    I went 4.88's with ARB locker in the rear. After sending back cores and installing the built diffs myself it was about $2300

    For those who don't have the know how to do this swap add 1500 minimum. If you add an air locker you need to add in the cost of OBA

    Yes! If I didn't install the prebuilt diffs myself and didn't have a an air compressor already. It would have cost me close to $3600. I encourage everyone with the ability to follow directions and knows how to turn bolts left and right to try installing them yourself with the help of a friend because it helps you understand how everything goes together and then you get not only a better sense of how to take everything apart and put it back together but you save yourself a ton of money installing yourself! And who doesn't like saving money?

    I was think $4200 before core return but I'll find out today. Dakota was quoted $2200 shipped for gears and front locker. Add $875 for another locker for me, and $950 for core charges and it's about.. Well shit maybe my original estimate wasn't far off :facepalm: it's about $4020. I guess when I'm buzzed my math isn't so good
