I can say that the rail for the Revolver X2 looks like it will work...at least on the short bed...the pen shows where the weather strip tapers and it appears to sit flush1454439418112-1953067128.jpg

Not present on my dry fit...it appears the accounted for the taper on the two passenger side rails that I received

I have a Sport DCSB and a guy I work with has an SR5 ACLB. I see no difference between the two:

those can't be the same rails as the VP anyway right? it's a completely different design for the hinge latch that runs the length of the bed.

The weather strip on mine doesn't look like yours. Mine is completely straight. I pulled it off to readjust to the kick out but it still lifted off the rail

4:23PM EST...still no reply to my e-mail to Bak(2 days ago). Will contact the dealer tomorrow to inquire about returning this. Their return policy says they'll accept returns, but I have to pay return shipping. I'm not paying shipping for something that was advertised to "protect the bed from rain, sleet..." when it absolutely does not, and that is false/misleading advertising.

    Thanks.

It was the weather striping that caused the gap. I pulled a bit of the weather stripping away from the rail where the kick out in the box is and reattached it further in and seems like it sits flush now.
Bak says they'll send me weather stripping so I can fix the problem myself. They also say they will adjust the weather stripping on all future rails.

I just tried to cancel my order with Autoaccesories and now my G2 has shipped.... I'm not even un-packaging this junk. It's going right back.... I can't believe an $800+ cover has this many issues....

That's ok I was told my order was shipped and even had a tracking number. Turns out it never shopped.

Bak industry is having some major set backs and their lies are catching up to them. Once they get their act together I will consider placing another order.

Till then I will be looking at other options.

Does anyone have a positive experience with their new bakflip? Seems like all we here are bad experiences.

I have no issues with my F1. Rails fit perfectly. The only issue I see is with the Revolver rails. The F1 (G2, Fibermax, HD ) rails is an all new design that you remove the existing rails and remount an inch below the new rails so you have full use of the rails and tiedowns. Previously you gave up the rails for the tonneau. Had a small leak at the front corners but have not installed the drain tubes yet and adjusted the weather seal a little.
