Like the idea of the frs but it's pretty unpracticle (not that my truck is anymore). Anyone who wants a sports car will either get a more fun one with a daily, or one that can be a good daily like the WRX.

We did end up buying the forester. Drives me nuts you go to a reputable dealer and they tell you "well we are already losing money on this car... We paid to much for it as a trade in we are already losing X amount". Then Proceed to bargain and take more money off... It says it right there on the car fax you bought it at auction you twat.

just give me a reasonable price. I don't want to drive 45minutes away for a cheaper car missing all the little options that will cost me thousands to replicate. Came within $200 of what I wanted to pay a month ago and I still feel fleeced because of the slimy attitude.

When I bought my truck, I walked out of a couple dealerships because of the slimy attitude. I didn't even do it as a bargaining move, I just didn't trust them and refused to deal with them.

I do also try to go car shopping during snow or rain storms, when no one else is out. You tend to get the undivided attention of the sales manager that way and they are usually less full of shit than the floor sales staff.

My go to line when they start pulling the "We are already losing too much money on this car" is that they should go get a different job. I'm here to save as much money as I can....gets the point right across that their training sales video quick reference lines aren't going to sway me at all.

Felt like it but it's the girlfriends car... she wanted it and the price was right. It doesn't help she was kicking me under the table telling me not to be a dick.

Yeah... that changes things a bit. When we bought my wife's car, she picked the car she wanted and gave me free reign to find it at the best price using any means I wished.

No, I have no interest to relive that shit show. If it weren't for that fiasco, we wouldn't have to deal with the Kim and Kayne show now. Dammit OJ!

With a used car it's tough to pick and choose when you have a specific criteria of what you want compared to what's available. Especially when you have a trade in that needs /tires/transmission/bearings/and a bunch of other little things. Sure you can drag it out a few months and find the perfect deal but is it worth $1000 when you will end up spending $600 in parts to have a safe vehicle in the mean time.

When you offer a product/service to someone never make them feel slighted or used. Especially when you don't know the other person sitting across the table. That extra $50 you make in commission could end up costing you big bucks. Chances are you will run into that real estate agent, plumber, electrician, cop, secretary, mechanic again. "Where do you work?" Hmm that clogged filter in your water heater just went from $20 and call me anytime, to 2 billable hours at $100 per company guidelines.

We recorded it last night. I haven't seen it yet. Speaking of TV. I know some of you watch the show Shameless. Has anyone been keeping up on it? All I can say is OMG it hasn't lost a beat

To me, the FR-S and WRX are two different catagories. Also, the tC was probably the only real seller for Scion.

I know the FRS and BRZ were mostly identical, but I've heard quite a few say the FRS was better, and it was also easier to find.

Rob out of curiosity do you guys have a passenger knuckle for an 07 FJ? Fucked something up this morning while rushing and not paying attention. Went to turn around in a parking lot and while making the u turn in the lot didn't see a low concrete pier that probably at 1 time held a sign and nailed it going maybe 10-15 mph with my passenger front tire. No body damage or rim stuffing at all, but now the damn tire is smashed into the uca. Haven't had a chance to pull it apart to figure out exactly what I fucked up, but I think it would have to be bent uca, bent knuckle, or maybe just busted alignment tabs. Pictures to follow. Fun ducking morning for sure.

UCA was $75 for you pricing $38 - They interchange with the Lexus GX and 4Runners
Spindle. Cheapest I can get them for is $210 but I see a newer one, off a 2012 and it's $230. I can help you find one for as low as $150
LCF was $180 for you pricing is $163

From what I can see, you will defiantly need a spindle at least
