Well since I'm a Gen2 I don't want any of that! hahaha. I wouldn't mind a local roof rack though, already have a buddy making the bumpers/sliders for me. Maybe a hood scoop light bar bracket? I've seen someone up north who makes one but that's the only one that I've found.

Fairhope, Alabama... we experience the occurrences of Jubilees and the only other place in THE WORLD this happens is in Japan

Well, technically Daphne, Montrose, and on down to Point Clear have them also. Heck, we even have a rare one on the West side of Mobile Bay. It is an unusual occurrence and most people from outside of this area do not even know what a Jubilee is. For their benefit it is a low oxygen situation in Mobile Bay where fish and schrimp approach the shore and are able to be gigged or scooped up in nets in very large quantities. Schrimp, flounder, and crabs are soooo good.

Sounds good, it will still be around a month before I am ready for any help.

Sweet, local fab for Tacoma's is great. Might get you guys to do a Cab Mount Chop for me. I also may need a high clearance bumper for my 2Gen sometime.

Many of my relatives are from Fairhope/Montrose area and some buried in the cemetery on Sipsey St.

Not sure how many relatives drive a Gen 2 Tacoma though

Anybody have a recommendation on a shop to install 5100's w/ OME coils and a AAL in the back? I'm in Madison/Huntsville area.

No shop necessary. Just a driveway.

Many of folks around you that helped many others in the past.

that is what mod meets are for, a day of wrenching and talking about trucks. Since you already have the shocks and coils not on the truck, those are easy to put together, then on mod day it is the rear springs and front shock replacement. Probably 3 hours. The rear springs can drive you a little crazy sometimes.

Would love to help out on a mod meet day. Could learn a thing or two myself for when I wanna make more suspension changes. Count me in on helping if I'm available.

Horst, I need to change my springs, so if you want, we can get both pairs mounted up at the same time. Then if you want to do your lift, we can mount everything during a mod meet.

I'm actually excited we have some new guys showing up in the thread and want to get together.

This would be awesome, I've always been jealous of the people that had local shops. Would they be willing to make sliders for 2nd gens?

Really depends on how much design has to go into the piece.
