    The bearing and joints aren't that old. It got a lot worse since I got it back from Toyota. Everything is tight, and looks to be installed correctly. The rubber looks to be intact.

    Check "phasing" of joints, all yokes should be inline, if one is off it can cause weird vibes. Maybe they seperated the shaft at the slip for some reason and got phasing off.
    Carrier bearing rubber can look fine and be bad, went thru that on a tow truck years ago.
