My E rated bfg ko2 are actually listed by them as a LT (lighttruck) tire

Only reason I got the generals was because I got a really good deal on them and they were cheaper than every other tire I looked at. These ones with the E rating are so stiff and heavy. Makes the ride so uncomfortable

Yeah was running 32-34 on the street. Down to 28-30 and mpg isnt to bad. Off road I have been going down to 18 ish. Probably could go more too.

I see! When I was buying them I heard the guy mention something about the rating and told me the cooper all terrains which I almost bought were lighter but I liked the bfgs due to the broad shoulder

I've been consistently running mine around 26 psi since I don't have an air compressor yet but I drive a lot of road. My mpgs went down quite a bit but I guess that's the price you have to pay..

I know right.. I dropped the pressure from 35 to 26 about 2 months ago when I had some trouble with a trail a needed to air down. I've been to lazy to get over to a gas station and the air compressor I bought has been back ordered. Thankfully I don't do much street driving or I won't have these tires very long :(
