    As long as you drained it I don't see why you'd have an issue. The issues arise when people do that and drive it for 5K and wonder why something blew up :oops:

    @AkArin if you did not drive the truck and just filled it and then dumped it then you didn't cause any damage and should be ok. What you really should do is replace the gear oil again in ~500 - 1000 miles to ensure that you flush the remaining ATF fluid out and get the proper cooling of the transfer case.
