    If I don't eat within 15min of waking I'd probably slit someone's throat. I eat around 8am, 10am, 12pm(most days), 3pm, 7pm, and 11pm

    Probably a few years. I just was never hungry for breakfast so I just skip it now. At first you might notice some energy decrease but your body will adapt to it.

    I'm sure there would be an adjustment period, if you tried changing your eating habits.. I'd imagine a couple of weeks or so.

    I like snacks too. Like I would have a serving of trollis before the gym or maybe a donut afterwards but I wouldn't consider those meals. I usually eat 3 big meals and some snacks.

    I need some advice on how to grow calves. I've tried light weight high reps, low weight low reps, standing calf raises, and seated calf raises. Not sure if calves are mostly genetics, or I am just doing it wrong.

    It's easier to grow actual calfs on a farm

    Good luck. It is not an easy task and something that holds a lot of bodybuilders back. I believe Arnold even struggled with his.

    I think it's mostly genetics. Arnold did them everyday and that worked for him.... But he's not natty...

    ill agree here. I have tree trunks for thighs and huge calves, without working legs on a regular basis. When I do legs, I "go hard", but not as often as I would like due to time constraints and sometimes being lazy. My genetics provide me with a large stocky broad upper body frame that I am able to build on fairly easy. It would take a miracle for me to even remotely try to be lean, but damn it I can build the hell out of some size and strength quick :D
