I would rather use the bottom mounts of the hinge and not the ones on the hood... When you open the hood it'll go right into the window

 

Interesting concept. All the hood ditch mount brackets I have seen attach to the hood bolts, and do go up (with the hood) when the hood is opened. Unless your running a HUGE light, there is clearance between the light and the glass.



If it were stationary on the engine bay, it would need to be fit in the between the small gap between the hood and the side of the engine compartment, or angle to the side of the hood. If that were the case, the light itself would be located not over the hood and rather more over the fender/pillar

Lol. No, I just have no computer program at work to draw stuff out so have to do it old school with pencil and paper. I've been drawing little sketches daily for years now with a pencil and ruler. lol

 

I've got the CBI brackets from the second pic. Actually went them because they were off to the side more than the others. Only bad is you need to trim the plastic engine cowl. If you guys want to go this way and want eyes on first let me know.

 

Good on you man... When I don't understand someone's request I legit ask for a drawing and it really helps when they can draw me what they want

 

Yeah these fit perfect. Get a set if you need them or might in the future. Jason does good work.
