how do your legs have time to recover if you're doing it everyday? Or do you do it 4 times a week, but with days in between? Either way, it doesn't seem like enough recovery time to me :notsure:

    It does sound brutal, though!

Landmine 180's! Those are awesome! For abs, I'll usually do them in between calve stuff at the end of my leg workouts. I usually do 2 calve exercises, 3 sets each. I try to do a different ab exercise between each set, so a total of 4 ab exercises at the end of each leg workout. I've always heard for big abs, do weighted stuff and for define abs, just do bodyweight stuff. I try to do 2 exercises of each. Not to mention the ab work that gets done with squats, pullups, etc.

I mix mine in a blender, but you can do it however you want. I''m not a big fan of oatmeal, so I had to grind it up, but if you like oatmeal, you should try throwing in a scoop of vanilla ON in there and see how it is. I bet it'd be good.

I have a new shake idea I'm gonna try when I get some ON banana creme: 2 scoops ON banana creme, 1 cup milk, banana, 1 serving vanilla wafers, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. I bet that shit would be good. I'm a fatass :anonymous:

They don't, at first, but you squat again anyway. You get used to it quickly. Your body doesn't know WTF is happening. I have found that, at least for me, increasing the volume and frequency of a certain exercise decreases the time it takes to recover from that particular exercise. I also am a firm believer that recovery is at least 50% mental. Sure, muscles require rest. But I think that the mind usually tells us we need more recovery time than our muscles actually require. I will be squatting Sun, Tue, Thur, Fri on this cycle.

I'd encourage all who are serious about being lean with a nice muscular build, to grow a beard if you don't already have one. It increases Testosterone and growth hormone, also lowers cortisol.

Dang this thread blowing up. Can't even keep up anymore

Worked out with my neighbor again today and he is way too social. I called him out on stalling too many times. Took us 96min to do what I did in 37min last week. I told him he's got to stop chatting between sets or he's back to going on his own.

Dude, my laundry room adds 15 lbs of muscle and drops your body fat to single digits when you turn the light on. It's magical.
