Think I did a best offer for 120. Not sure it was on ebay. I'll have to check it out.

Looks great! Did the same to mine. When you get the "walking around" money... you should pull the trigger on a BAMF grille. Mine should be on my doorstep sometime mid-March! Looking forward to it...

Got the front windows tinted to 20% today to match the back, also added a front visor.

The guy doing the tint has a 2015 taco with his windshield tinted to 30%, front 2 windows are 20% and back is 14%.

Looks great really... But 30% on the front seems like an easy way to get a ticket.

My tint guy said the rear windows from the factory are at about 25% tint but did my fronts at 18% because the light coming in thru the windshield will make the front tint appear lighter. The 18-20% tint for the front appears to be a great match.

I may get 70% on the windshield before summer hits. It's nearly undetectable but provides UV protection and some heat block if you get the right tint. I've had crystalline on the windshield of prior cars and it blocks heat and UV great but it's quite pricey.

30% is pretty dark. You're definitely losing night vision at 30%. My windshield is tinted to 60% with 20% on the front windows. If I didn't know it was there, then I wouldn't think it was tinted. It gives it just enough tint to eliminate glare and night halos. It also keeps the dash nice and cool...

With that said, I bet 30% looks pretty sharp. Just not practical...

My understanding is that a windshield is already UV protected. But I agree.... it definitely helps with the heat!

Don't get me wrong I considered it heavily!! It looked great.

Another one of the workers had 50% on the front with a 20% visor, the contrast from the visor made it look less tinted but I could still tell it was tinted. I considered going with the same setup but he didn't have time on the schedule to do it today, and it's an extra $100.

I think 60% front would be better... Especially with a darker visor for contrast. Eventually I may... Lots of sun in Florida...

I'm also in Florida. I'm in the Pensacola/Destin Area. I forgot to mention that I have a 5% visor. Honestly.... 5% is the only way to go in my opinion. I'm a shorter guy, so the afternoon sun on Hwy 98 kills me. I would consider going to 50%, but I think 60% does the trick with little to no risk of getting a ticket.

    Nothing worthy
For those with tint on the fronts.
This is the first thing i've done to the truck and went with 28% (I believe) in the front to match as close to back as possible. Nearly perfect match.
However.. I'm super anal about this sorta thing and a HATE how the blueish tint on the front glass has now caused the fronts to look a bit green compared to the back that are more brown. I'm wondering if theres more options in color shades than i was offered..?

Thanks! Although if it's actually $1300 for that small piece (as BeerSnob mentioned) I don't think it's worth it. I'll have to do some research.
