Made it to Palm Springs before I needed to take a quick nap. Then finished the drive and got here around 6 am. Fuck it's cold.

Well, short day for them. Something in the transmission broke so they are being towed back to the pits to see if it's something that they can fix quickly and get back on course

Former Friends star Matt LeBlanc is to be one of the new presenters of Top Gear when the motoring programme returns to BBC Two in May.

 

Well I have another reason not to tune in.

 

If it even happens, rumors are the BBC execs are trying to micro manage the show. Chris Evans has reportedly walked away from filming a couple of times because of it.

 

It will never be the same again.

Wife called me and said that the check engine light is on in her car. I come home during my lunch and whip out my scanner to check it out. Get it all hooked up, scanner reads no code. I look at her dash and the damn low tire pressure symbol is lit and not the check engine.

Now I need to have some fun with this and get her car "fixed". I think it's gonna cost around $250 to fix her car's "problem" and put that cash in my secret mod stash . What do you all think? Hahaha

 

I'm excited to see what the former hosts do. Apparently they are starting a show on Amazon prime but I haven't heard anything else about it. But I feel like it's going to be nuts. I feel like top gear was just a taste of what they really wanted to do but had limits because of the producers. We will see.

 

Supposed to launch in the fall of this year. Unfortunately a lot of the "skits" are owned by BBC. So the cool wall, stig and star in a reasonably priced car will be changed or renamed.
