    Trimmed mine this morning. Thought I had a 2 on there and it was a 1, so now my beard game is weak...probably lost an inch of my biceps

    It's called maximizing your rest periods, thank you very much...I'm out of the gym in about 70-80 mins, assholes! (Although, when I'm there alone, I'm done in like 45 mins :anonymous: )

    90 minutes is ideal for me but lately I've been going for 60 minutes per workouts

    I like 45min-60min with stretching and warm up cardio (5-10min bike/stairs)

    Went with my neighbor again today and it took us 90+min again. He was better at his chattiness so I won't blame him. It was stupid busy for 8am on a Thursday. We were trying to do drop sets on the DB rack and these soccer moms kept coming over and doing 10lb DB exercises right in front of the rack/mirror so we had to keep waiting on them to get out of our way

    my workout is usually 2-3 hours, 30 mins warming up and mobility, usually 1 hour main movement squat dead or bench and 1 hour accessories.

    No matter what, I always try to take from 1 min to 1.5 mins of rest in between sets (usually right at 1.5 mins). If I'm there with my friends, I usually take 2-3 mins between sets, which sucks b/c I'm at the gym for an hour and a half, but more rest = stronger for the next set. If I'm alone, in a bad mood, or have to get home and study, I don't stop for anyone and get done in like 45 mins.

    Sometimes(rarely) I'll do bike or treadmill for warmup

    I get tired after an hour idk how you do it. Sometimes I stay longer on Sunday nights cause there's a girl with dat ass doing leg days on Sundays...
