    also, been harassing Toyota in California and I think im slowly convincing them to pay for new headlights. got a call from fred Anderson Toyota out of the blue and apparently he caught wind of the case from all the way over in cali and since they messed up on my catalytic converter recall he said he finally found a way to try and make it up to me (woohoo). he said he was going to call them today. also had a nice message from cali that said they decided to look deeper into the problem and try and find a way to make me happy. every answer id had since then had been "im sorry sir but youre out of the warranty by too many miles, we cant do anything". so we shall see. either way, im glad they are at least trying now.
