    All laser cut materials are in the works and will be ready for powder coating around the 22nd. Then powdercoating and boxing up. Hardware is already being packaged so it is ready to drop into kits. If the panthers and broncos are boring this weekend I should get the majority of the hardware done.

    Maybe do the GB in zones... 40 or so at a time in incriments. All I know is if you give the code early I would buy today! @zscott Really appreciate you holding this deal btw! Have heard nothing but postives about your product.

    Static load yes, I have had over 500 on mine. I definitely wouldnt go down the trail with 500 lbs up there. 200-250 dynamic load, yes.

    I think most of us on the list would understand a batch release - it works for wedding dinners..
    Send the pm code to the first 20 on the list, figure out how long it takes to get 20 racks out the door - send to the next 20 (or 30 or 40).. etc

    Paying earlier wont speed up the time line of getting the rack. Regardless of when I start accepting payments the parts wont be ready to ship before the 26th.
