All I had to do was go fill out a police report. When they contacted the lady, again thanks to person who did leave me a note with her license plate info, she said she backed into my truck but didn't think it did any damage. The cop told her it was considered hit and run which results in loss of license for a year, $1k fine, etc. BUT, if she came down and filled out a statement saying she hit my truck, they would drop it down to parking lot moving misdemeanor, 4 points, $400 fine, see the judge, etc. She gladly went down to do the report. Easy win for me for sure. Frickin' ladies in their BMW SUVs!!!

Just replaced the dirtiest cabin air filter. Thank god I went with a washable filter, because this thing gets dirty! Does anyone know where the air intake is for the cabin? I want to see what I can do to prevent this.

It hasn't rained since I put them on the other day so I can't give you my experience, but from my research these are much better. I've seen alot of reviews of the Bosch that weren't favorable... There is a thread here on TC World where guys talk about wipers. That plus other reviews is what led me to spring for these rather than the inexpensive replacement blades.

There was a thread or post where some guys were using a "pre-filter" over the air intake to keep leaves and crap out of that filter. The air intake is at the exterior base of the widshield, passenger side. Easy to see when you open the hood. I can't remember what they used but is may have been the filter material from a home HVAC filter and was strapped over that opening. I looked but couldn't find the thread. This mod is on my list of projects to do...

Thanks a lot! That's exactly what I was thinking to do. I was thinking I could get some screen door repair screen and make a pre-filter out of that.

Just replaced my windshield wipers. Toyota on the Left, Silblade on the right... last blade streaking is the winner!

Got my WeatherTech floor liners today. Really glad I picked these up since I have to wear steel toes and work around a lot of oil and hydraulic fluid for work.

I've had michelin wipers on my truck for the last 3 years and they are just now starting to leave streaks. I highly recommend them. And they do get used often considering it rains here often. And rhett best part is that they leave almost a light coating (kinda like rain-x) after using them so when it's only a light rain the drops bead right off.
