Of course....ANOTHER meeting today @ work. This one is to decide on the schedule for weekly meetings.....Yep! You heard it right....A meeting meeting. My boss LOVES meetings. Even if we don't get anything done, we must have meetings. And emails.....gotta send LOTS of emails.

I remember when we used to judge our success or failure by how much we accomplished. I might as well take my tools to the pawn shop. Never get to use them anymore.

Oh well.....So long as the boss is happy, huh?

Anyway, 33 degrees and dropping. Single digits early next week.

Morning. Finally got my tacoma back yesterday. After a week driving a 15 suburban and a 16 cherokee trailhawk....my tacoma feels like some old beat up ww2 jeep. :(

My favorite meeting line ... "meetings, where the minutes are kept and the hours are wasted." Probably why I'll stay a worker bee for my entire second career. ;)

6 here this morning but on the good side of zero. Next week they are supposed to slide to the other side of zero. Inch of snow predicted today and another tomorrow, it is going to end up laying there.

So much for keeping the cold\flu or whatever it is at bay. Even the hair on my head hurts. Connected into work and can attend my 2 morning meetings and this afternoon committee meeting remotely. Hacking and coughing the whole time I would have to stay on mute. Or say the heck with it and dig up some medicine and have some chicken noodle soup and go back to bed. I'm liking that idea the best right now.

I know what you mean Mike, sounds like what I had. Hopefully you get over this as quickly as I did. It took me about 3 days. I hope you feel better my friend.

Did that monsoon come through your area yesterday?

I'm glad you finally got it fixed. That was a big Charlie Foxtrot.

27 here this morning. After near 70 just a few days ago, this feels like the North Flippin' Pole...

My boss....God love 'im......goes out and buys a pool table yesterday, then let's me know he's "counting on me to help him move it"......Hmmmmm! Wonder what part of "NO HEAVY LIFTING" he doesn't get....?

    Oh well. Have a good'n!

Went in to have my braces tightened. These arcane torture devices are a whole level of fun I missed out on in my youth. To have barbed wire on the inside of my lips is such a joy.

We did ok. We were at the hospital with my father in law, and the parking always stinks there when the weather is bad. And the roads were really flooded.

    Enjoy the time Rob!

I did sleep Susan, for pretty much 2 days and nights straight?! It does seem to have worked, the head and chest part is slowing down now. 1:30 AM here and half an hour ago had a few crackers and a little ginger ale and looks like it is going to stay down finally. Not ready to start doing a jig or anything but looking like after today I might have this thing behind me. Been up for an hour time to go back to bed! The dogs haven't moved much beyond 5 feet away from me the last couple days. Either they know something is up and are worried about me or wondering if something happens to me how will they get fed LOL.
