Lots of nice goodies on this thing! How do you like the new fenders? Looks like they have a good amount of room around those tires.

Just finished up a dog platform for the back seat for my pups, Duke & Sully. It didn't take them long to make themselves at home!

Sitting waiting for my alignment to get done. Hopefully they get the caster right. Then its off to home for oil changes, tire rotation and reinstall the skids.

    New cam tabs FTW, hopefully...

That's how mine were too. We hacked off the old ones and welded on TC cam tabs last weekend @ mod day. They're beef.

And no sooner had I posted my last message and the tech comes in and says he can't align it to the specs I want. Doesn't know how to use the machine like that and that I have to come back when the other guy is there. Tuesday it is. So much for getting this shit all buttoned up this weekend.:frusty:

At least they want to get it done right rather than fudge the numbers.

Yeah, for sure. They are kind of a friend of a friend place so they are pretty straight with me. Hopefully Tuesday they can get it done right.

Local mom and pop with 3 locations. They're pretty cool people so I get my tires mounted and balanced by them. Usually 4wd Parts does my alignment (I know, I know) and they actually get it spot on but they were booked for like a month. Oh well, it's been jacked since July so what's a couple more days o_O

That's good, usually it's the chain places that can't seem to get it right. I've got a local shop that specializes in off road rigs and does an awesome job. I just happened to stumble upon him on the expo portal site and realized he's in the next town over.
Since July, how are your tires holding up?

Wearing like a mofo. But from July to December I only drove it about 4 times. Just in the last three weeks have I been driving it again since I got a new job which isn't close enough for me to drive the '85 comfortably.

Might be a stupid question. And someone might have already asked I looked but didn't see.
Where you able to still leave the plastic cubbies that come stock back there? And if you fold the seats up does it have to be taken out?
