That's without labor to install or align. That's for the kit, labor to assembly the struts, and new top hats.

I went with the 3 year warranty for $150. Even covers wear on the items which I asked about specifically.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
That's asinine! It cost me $62 to have mine done, but it's stock. Still, can't imagine it being that much even with a lift. Go to a different shop for the alignment.

    improved toyota goodness.
if they are assembled struts then the install should be way less than the original quote ... im thinking (?) about 2 hrs of labor to install on the truck... less with the right tools and shop... and add alignment cost

I may have put that wrong. The struts don't come assembled. I'm paying them a total of $155 to have them assembled. $51 and some change for each new top hat and $50 labor to put it all together.

I paid Toytec $100 extra when I bought my lift and they assembled the struts for me with new parts.

I too paid 180 for lifetime alignments at Firestone. I can go anywhere in the country and get one done....sweet deal as I am always doing something to the truck....and regular alignments help save tires.

I just installed a lift and UCAs on my 2014 and took it to a Big O. $85 to do the alignment but then I elected for the $200 for 5 years of "free" alignments. Said it was good for four a year, and went on to say they don't keep track. Call a local shop that does installs of lifts and ask where they have the alignments done. Cruiser Outfitters in SLC recommended I go to the Big Onand glad I did.

FWIW, Firestone offers lifetime alignments for $175.00. I did that and it has more than paid for itself. I was IFS at the time w/ ICON CO's & TC UCA's... no problems getting aligned.

    Good luck.
