For all the guys running 35's or 315/75/16's with the maxtrac spindles, did you do it with just the spindles up front, or did you have to add a little more lift to get them to clear? Gonna be putting an order in with Headstrong, and at the same time I'll be putting in an order with FN Wheels for either the Five Stars or counter steer offroads. I don't mind running a bit more posi caster and doing that cab mount chop/fender flare trimming, but I'd like to stay away from banging in the firewall as much as possible, or if I HAVE to, maybe just a little. What kind of clearancing is everyone with 35's doing? I'd like to stay away from going much higher than the spindle lift provides. I don't do ANY wheeling at all, as I have my old 4Runner for that.
    Thanks in advance

Yup CMC, little more caster and pound the pinch weld flat and you'll be good to go. At least that is all I did to clear my 35's.

    I have a few mods
    I got 315/75r16 Toyo Xtreme AT2s

This is what im running for the front, with this setup....I barely rub the cab mount...only at full lock....and im talking barely like 1/4" or so rubbing haha. I was surprised when I got the 315s on, I did more trimming with my factory fenders and my 265s with my wheel setup than I did with the 315s and factory fenders. My fiberglass just helps even more, there was NO way I was wheeling with the factory fenders and the 315s lol. Daily...yes...offroad...no lol, any amount of articulation and the tires were scrubbing the crap out of the fenders

    - ICON extended Travel coilovers (set to like 1" or so of lift)
    - Maxtrac Spindles
    - TC UCAs

    Wheels:
    - Mickey Thompson Classic III 16x8s with 4.5" BS and 0 offset
    - 2" Allpro Wheel spacers

    Right on thanks.
How much degrees of caster are you running and how's the stability of the truck at highway speeds?
Also, what's your lift set up/rim specs?

    Sweet rig!
Did you chop your cab mounts at all?
I thought about running fiberglass, and I've seen a few that I liked, but shipping body parts to Hawaii is killer on the wallet.
Do you think you'd be able to get away with running 37's on your set up? If it were driven as a daily driver and not wheeled?

    I have a few mods
iirc they should be 6" rise 3" flare

Thanks! Nope, no CMC here yet, like I said, I barely rub the cab mount. Daily driving is perfect and even wheeling I don't have issues with the cab mount getting in the way.

I posted the wheel specs at the bottom of the post, not sure sure if you saw them. But they are 16x8s with 4.5" BS and 0 offset.

I don't know about 37s....with my setup....probably not, you'd have to get the firewall tubbed and the body mount relocated back like 5 or 6 inches. I mean you MIGHT be able to....but you'd have to do some serious trimming to the body mount with my setup; or if you get your truck high enough to clear the body mount

Running 3.0 and 3.5 caster. Truck is very stable but that is what increased caster does is better tracking but a little bit heavier steering with it increased. I have 4.5 back spacing on the wheels. Only lift is from the spindles. My icon coilovers have no preload but I am running 14/700 springs rather that the 13/650 springs they usually come with.

Anybody with all-pro expos in the rear, how much extra lift did you have to put in the front to level the truck? I have my fox 2.0's with 14" 650lb springs set with an inch of preload and my truck still looks ass-high.
