Some say that he sucks the moisture from ducks, and that his crash helmet is modelled on Britney Spears' head... all we know is, he's called the Stig.

Yes you can do this. It's a very effective way to find out if you rub anywhere. Spray paint everything real quick then you'll rub off the paint where you rub

Hey guys quick question, got the OME for the front to be installed in 2 weeks and Chevy swap in the rear, ordered my 315s today. Took of 1.5" off the flare and plan to do the same with the fender, do I need to do more?

I believe most of us chopped a minimum of 2"

General consensus seems to be 2-2.5" off the flare and fender iirc.

I took 2-1/4" out of the sheetmetal fender and 2" out of the plastic flare, so the cut edge of the sheetmetal is somewhat hidden.

I measured the cut pieces and they measure 1.75, however, I melted quite a bit with the dremel, my marker is right at 2" 5f0ebbf3cbe329ce32172b130b39d81e_d8eabfe2d308617f87772324a070c133ea115579.jpg

How tall are the flares without being cut?
