Matte Black TRD Beadlock Wheels Scuffed - Touch Up Paint?

I noticed a pretty good vibration after I rotated my tires the other day. I decided to go by Firestone who did a great job mounting my new TRD Beadlocks last year (no paint damage) & have them re-balance my tires. In doing so they scuffed the heck out of the lug wells on my wheels. Is there any matte black touch up paint out there that will match the factory finish?

Go back and tell them to replace your wheel. If I took my truck somewhere and they scratched or scuffed something I would expect them to take care of it.

 

Those lug nuts don't look to be the correct ones for the beadlocks. Try some semi flat black paint and buy the correct lug nuts to avoid future scuffs

Thanks guys. I will look into the proper lug nuts. The tire center that mounted my beadlocks sold me the one's I'm using now.

I recommend the trd spline lugs too
Even took some 1" shrink tubing to cover the spline and lock tools for the tire guys.

 

Dang. I guess I'll never understand the OCD-ness of keeping wheels in pristine condition. I drive on too many gravel roads and change my own tires to care about scratches and dings.

But in your situation I agree with those above. Use a sharpie and find the right lugs.

 

Damn good idea, I'll be doing that today with my spline tool.
